1) What products do you do?
We produce and sell all kinds of high-quality sublimation sportswear, hockey jersey,basketball wear,soccer jersey, polo, leggings, t-shirts, tank tops, tracksuits, hoodies, and any sportswear.
2) Do You do OEM or ODM? Can I put my logo on your products?
We can do either OEM, ODM, add logo customize, or ready design products so we can serve you well no matter you are a fighting club, start-up retailer, or a brand buyer.
3) How much are your products?
We will quote the best prices if only you offer the order designs and quantity.
4) Can I get discounts?
Of course, you will get discounts if you place all the bulk orders together to us and the more you order the cheaper the prices will be lower.
5) Can you do the labels and tags for our brand?
Yes, we can not only customize the labels the swing tags but also customize other branding accessories like the waistbands the neck bindings the zippers the barcode stickers, and the bags.
6) Which kind of artwork files do you accept?
We accept the vector formats PDF EPS AI or high-resolution image formats PS JPG JPEG PNG.
7) What is the production time?
5-7 days for the samples. 15-17 days for the bulk orders.
8) What is the delivery time?
3-5 days by DHL, UPS, or TNT for the small orders
7-10 days by air and 20-30days by sea for the big orders.
9) Can the samples be free?
No problem, it could be refundable when the order is placed.
10) Will you update the process?
Of course, we will send the designs for you to confirm before the production and photos before the shipment.
11) What is the return policy?
We will remake it once you show us the quality problem photos.
After Sales Service-All garments must be approved by you before production. This is done at the end of the design stage. Approving design mocks ensure all parties agree to the artwork and garment being manufactured.We rely on you to ensure names and numbers are spelt and allocated correctly on the garments.Any errors in artwork, product type, spelling or quantity that have been approved and supplied by you will not be refunded.We are more than happy to discuss alternate resolutions with you.-If you receive a faulty product (manufacturing or fabric), or design that does not match the approved artwork, we will gladly replace the product for you.Please return the faulty product so that we can assess where the issue arose and hopefully prevent it from occurring again.We will not refund damaged items caused by incorrect use or activities unsuitable for the garment. |
